CALCULATING COST
Shipping costs for orders from alzahabijewellery.com depends upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you might be contacted by the shipper to arrange a specific time for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation

YOUR ORDERS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned

Availability:
Prices of products may change from time to time. We confirm availability and price at the time your order is placed. If a product is subsequently unavailable when your made the order, we will contact you either by phone or email as soon as possible.
Wrong Address:
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please check your address carefully when placing a new order.
For any amendments to the delivery address after making an order, we must be notified by email prior to the processing of your order (24 hours after order).
It is essential that you ensure you give a delivery address where the recipient will be available to accept the goods.
If goods are returned to us for wrong address reason we can re-charge for postage and handling then resending it again to the updated address, except the shipping fees.

Return Guidlines:
Returns must
• Be in original packaging which includes all internal packing.
• Be in original box, undamaged and unmarked.
• Include all accessories.
• Product must be resalable as new product.
Within 10 days of delivery, you may return any merchandise in new condition with original packaging.

Returning An Order :
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
• Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a %80 refund.
• Items that do not meet our returns guidelines are not refundable.
• If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.
• If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.
